A lovely hotel with well appointed rooms. These include a big TV, superb shower, big comfy bed, excellent aircon, and nice mood lighting. The restaurant is superb and not overly expensive with good portions sizes of lovely food. I was here for 6 weeks or so with work so you get to see good and bad.... there's no bad. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful (look out for Saadia - the queen of the breakfast serving!👸🏻🥰) (and Yusuf the friendly restaurant managerwith a warm ready smile)(and Mehmet who is always happy and ready to help out) Also spare a thought for the cleaners as when you're somewhere that long you get to meet them too and the unseen house staff are also hardworking friendly people with ready smiles. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in as yet ❤️❤️❤️ PS There are a couple of small supermarkets two minutes walk down the road. The most EXCELLENT Turkish pizza and kebab restaurant you MUST try down beside BIMs. Oh and town is a good 15-20 mins walk away but well worth it.

A hotel is to rest well with a safe feeling. Preferably in silence and also safe for your children. I had that feeling at this hotel. The employees were real hotel people who were trained; Helpful and professional, but not annoying. Also rebooking rooms is no problem at this hotel, provided that rooms are available at that time. We have booked two rooms and were in total with two adults and two children and I can say that this is one of our best hotel experience.

It has been a pleasure to stay at this hotel. I can confidently say that the staff here stands out far above many other hotels I have stayed at. Among the restaurant staff, Saadia was phenomenally pleasant, courteous, and willing to do extra to give a great breakfast experience. Yusuf, Sera, Burak, Simge, Emre, and others were all very polite and always exhibited high customer service attitude. Staff at Reception (Yasim, Yasin, Veysal, Irem, Esmanur, and others) were very polite and helpful, day or night. The stay was an absolute joy.

This hotel is quite far from Izmir but you use the highway to get here so it's all right. Place is new and very clean, towels are fluffy, they provide basic toiletries, everything is comfortable except for blankets that are waterproof and that's why you are hot at night no matter what you do. We received a very warm welcome. The receptionist spoke good English and made everything as fast as possible so we could go and rest after a long journey. Hotel staff is super helpful, attentive, almost everyone speaks English. At breakfast they took such good care of our kid, that we could eat in peace. Breakfast is very good, the variety of food is excellent. Restaurant is very average though and pricey as well. We will surely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is very new and clean. The rooms are very nice and good maintained. The general service is excellent, and the stuff is very helpfully and very friendly. Very good help and service from Miss Saaida and also from reception stuff and several other people that I do not remember the names. The spa and massage are very inviting and very good standard with very good talented and friendly personal. The massage therapists have a high knowledge and are simply superb in their service. A little minus is the smart tv which is not smart, the offered tv program is not matching the standards. It is simply poor. Get Netflix or YouTube to get your guests an escape way from the standard tv rubbish. The hotel restaurant is very nice and a good quality but simply overpriced in comparison with other restaurants. Lower the prices and your restaurant will be very good booked as the quality is very fine. Overall 5 stars well earned, some minor changes and you will get 6 stars easily.
